Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase.

If you change your mind for any reason, we'll gladly accept a return of any full priced or sale item subject to the following conditions:

Products

-The item/items must be returned within 14days of purchase.

-Item/items must be returned in original condition, original packaging and must be in unused condition.

-If for some reason you receive your product/s broken or faulty please email us upon receiving your product to info@luxuryclayexperiences.com.au as soon as your product/s arrives. We will gladly look into replacing those for you at no charge.

Clay Experiences

-If for some reason you cannot attend a Clay Experience within 14days of an event we will gladly refund you or you can use your ticket for credit towards the next available event.

-If for some reason you cannot attend a Clay Experience 7 days prior to an event you will no longer be entitled to a refund but we will happily credit you to the next available event.

All Inclusive Events and Packages

-If you purchase an all inclusive event and cancel within 14 days a full refund will be provided to you.


-If you purchase an all inclusive event including catering and cancel within 7days a 50% cancellation fee applies. Your remaining 50% is non refundable however can be used as credit towards the next available event.

How will I be refunded?

Upon receipt of the products, they will undergo a quality review once a decision has been made that the item is in original condition, you will receive a refund or credit note for the purchase price (excluding original shipping cost and return handling costs) directly to the original method of payment used for purchase. If you paid with a gift card, your gift card will be replaced for the original cost of that gift card.

If you have purchased a Clay Experience or Package you will be refunded to the original method of payment.

We endeavour to process refunds as soon as they are received but please allow up to five (5) business days for returns to be processed. You will receive an email notification of the status of your refund once finalised. 

Exchanges

Due to the limited nature of our products on hand, we do not offer exchanges. If you would like an alternative item, we recommend purchasing the new item and following the returns process for the original item.
